My son Grayson's First Birthday. All the kids dressed up as fav superhero or other costume. I made all the food myself, apart for the muffins which my friend made. The 2 cakes were from Countdown and we had a bouncy castle and party games.
We had 2 cakes and lots of cute cupcakes.
These were some of the treats I made. We also had savouries. Egg sandwiches, pizza bread, etc - full table of food plus a drinks table of 2 fizzys, water and juice.
The bouncing castle was the best. They were so nice and a great contact. On time and when they packed up, they gave me a card with $30 off for next time. We did pass the parcel with adults coz all the kids wanted to open the present. Also had a prize for best boy and best girl costume.
There were balloons and signs for decorations. And a cartoon movie played in the background. Also did a loot bag for each child with play money, marbles, balloons, lollipop and lollies, pencils, hair ties, note pads, rubber, party hat and party toy. By the end of the party each kid had 3 presents including a loot bag.

Also hired a student photographer so we didn't miss a moment. I set the price and she accepted. I paid $30 including cd and postage - so much cheaper.
Fav present would be new clothes and a toy box full of cleaned up new and used toys.
